Return & Exchange

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To be eligible, items must be:

1. Unworn and unwashed
   
2. In their original packaging
   
3. With all tags intact

How it works:
Email us at customercare@motivedc.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Pre-order items can only be exchanged once they’ve been delivered.
